bill440cars 06-25-2010, 01:18 AM Course, you MAY have noticed by now, that the Ol' GTX managed to get in these shots too. He's kinda Over Protective!

Thanks for the compliment, Bill. I finally got some pictures and thought I'd post them, there really IS a nice difference in the R/T, huh? Since I had both the R/T AND the GTX sitting in the shade, with the days being so hot, thought a photo shot was in order.:D I kinda like looking at the old GTX too! Now that the R/T is getting to where I'm gonna have to save up some, to do SOME of the things I want to do, maybe I can concentrate on taking care of some things on the GTX too! Got a lot to do, to get IT in the shape, it should be in!
HemiJack 06-25-2010, 04:01 AM Nice Bill........Old meets New.......Classic meets Modern. What more can you say.

Yeah, I was thinking along that line too! I feel like I'm sitting on the Best Of Two Worlds, with these two! Not to say anything against anybody elses choices of rides, but THESE TWO REALLY ROCK MY BOAT!;)
STGLKAB 06-25-2010, 11:18 AM Both look real good.
Bill awesome shots.............GTX is badass and charger is coming along...........good job man
ChargerH2O 06-25-2010, 12:23 PM Now you need some Blacked out Markers.
I have a set I could trade you for the ones on your car. Let me know.
We could do it at Hot Springs.
They have the Tint film on them.

That would be cool Nick, I'd been thinking about that Mod, actually.;)
I appreciate the offer, Bill:cool:

Thanks Brian, I only WISH my GTX looked as good up close, as Your Firebird does.

Thanks for the compliments Jake. Yeah, I'm really liking the look that the R/T is going towards. The GTX is a pretty good runner and looks good from a distance, but up close, you can see all kind of places in the body, that the Previous owner tried to cover up with paint. Got alot of work to do, in THAT area. The Charger isn't an SRT8 and the GTX isn't PERFECT, BUT it DOES make me Proud to have them both in MY possession.;) IF I talk about them alot, it not being conceited, it's being "MOPAR PROUD"!:D
ChargerH2O 06-25-2010, 01:52 PM That would be cool Nick, I'd been thinking about that Mod, actually.;)
I appreciate the offer, Bill:cool:
lol. Are you saying you want me to bring them. :D
bill440cars 06-25-2010, 02:03 PM lol. Are you saying you want me to bring them. :D
Well, uh, let's see now.................Well, I suppose so, IF they won't take up too much room.
What does it take to swap them out, toolwise? I haven't really looked to see how those are mounted. I know the tail lights don't require any tools, but I haven't really looked into the lights up front (on the removal).
ChargerH2O 06-25-2010, 02:10 PM They pop right out. I am sure someone has small enough arms. No tools needed unless we will have to go through the wheel wells. But I am sure someone can get in there and get these swapped out.
ChargerH2O 06-25-2010, 02:11 PM Oh. we may have to take off the Air Intake on the Drivers Side though. 10mm Bolt. I am bringing tools anyways.

Great, thanks. Wait a minute, YOU are bringing tools? Oh yes, that must be to help someone (Other than a Mopar owner) who might break down and need some assistance, RIGHT?:D Ha! Ha! Just HAD to throw that in there!;)
