Dixie Car Club's 6th Annual Toys for Tots Caravan

Open to all antique, classic, vintage, exotic & specialty cars & trucks.

Assemble at the OLD Saline County Airport runway starting at 8:00 a.m.

Interstate 30 Exit 116, Benton, AR

Departure time is 10:00 a.m. with Saline County Sheriff & Arkansas State Highway Patrol escorts.

Route is I-30 to I-430 to I-630.

Arrival at Toy Hill (Little Rock Zoo entrance) is expected to be 11:00 a.m.

Entry fee: 1 unwrapped, new toy valued at $10 or more.

FREE Food, entertainment, music & fun ALL DAY.

Vehicles can be on display all day.

I have to take inventory at another store in England because the guy doesnt know how to do it.

Looks like now, my work is going to let me off on this day now!!

So I should be able to make this run.

If anyone else would like to go along for the ride, I will put up your toy entry fee for you.

I need a list of people that will be going, so I know how many toys to gather out of my garage.

I have enough for about 10-12 Entrys. Brand New toys that never made it to eBay yet.

I can make it on the 5th. I have toys!

I am still in. Want to meet somewhere? Cracker Barrel gives us two options. Off 430 and exit 123 off I30. My cell is 347-5644. it does my email and texts.

Man, if I hadn't of just made the push down to Delray Beach, Florida and back (just got back home in Greenwood this afternoon about 3:30pm, I'd see about being there. But, MY trip was about 2500miles round trip AND my body feel like it was at least double that! Something about getting older, I just can't seem to turn it around near as easy any more. Hope things go well down there.

They are leaving at 10am so we need to get there by then.

Of the 100+ cars we started with, + many more that met up with us at on ramps, + THE 100+ CARS THAT WERE TRYING TO GET THERE TO TURN IN TOYS, the paper had a picture of a Marine carrying a little bike w/training wheels and about 8 want-to-be Marines in the back ground and NOT a car in sight. We had everything from a 2 1/2 ton army truck from the military vehicle club to Vipers srt-10, and even the Corvett club, but all the people will see is an empty street.

You would have thought they would have taken more pics than that for the amount of traffic we all brought in there at that time.

And that Army truck had that trailer on the back FULL of toys!!!
