Avenger ForumZ is planning another STL area meet & greet on Saturday, September 4th and we wanted to know if anyone from GPMM was interested in coming. We had a few GPMM members showed up for the last one on Labor Day weekend and it was a lot of fun. I know there are other events that weekend but in case some of you in the STL area can't make the GPMM gathering that weekend, we thought we would give you another option.

So here is the plan so far. We don't have an exact meeting time yet, but it will probably be around noon unless that is a problem for someone. We will follow this route:

We will meet in Washington, MO at the Wal-Mart parking lot next to Colton's Steak House at noon. Washington MO is Southwest of St Louis not too far off of I-44. We may stop at the winery if we have enough interest. On our return to town, Washington, we will stop at Applebees for some grub. I believe the drive is about an hour overall and should be pretty fun. We may also stop for a photoshoot and to mingle! If you plan to ride with us, please let us know soon. Unfortuneatly I wont be able to make the GPMM Labor Day M&G...

I will definitly be at this M&G.... Need a little bit more detail to it though..... If anyone is needing a place to crash for the weekend....let me know... I also have a pool that we can all relax in as well after the cruise if anyone is interested... I live in Hazelwood.. not to far from 270/70 intersection.... So count me in!!!!

Ive had a few members approach me about Klondike Park... I was going to see if its near the route we will be cruising on .. They tell me its a great place for photo op... :D maybe we can stop by there if its in the area :D

Hey Yo I was wondering if you wanted to lead the cruise this year? Sphinx probably would have done it since he made the route but he won't be able to stay for the cruise (he is still coming to meet up with everyone though). You seem to know the area so I was wondering if you wanted to do it.

If not I will do it, but don't be mad if I get us lost, lol.

Hmmmm... LMAO...I dont have a GPS... but that area is not too bad... WE can figure all that out when we get there :D.. It seems pretty easy though.. I will have the camera and taking lots of pics as well.... But the route is farely easy :D

Alright no problem, I'll go ahead and lead then. I have GPS on my phone so I will go see if I can figure out how to get the route programmed in. Otherwise you're right, it's a pretty easy route so a printout would do the trick.

hope its slow..........I am not really looking to go tear up highway 47 and stuff (I did that when I was 16 - I grew up close to where we are cruising).

Yup, I'm looking forward to it! Getting a few last minute things done to my Avenger before Saturday. Got my new wheels put on Tuesday and my carbon fiber interior trim should be here this morning.

If I hadn't already said that I'd be there I would duck out - I have a projector retro I am doing this weekend. Painting them up and doing the retro - let the fun begin! :D
