Hey Guys I talked to the guy down here that did my exhaust, he has a couple sets of r/t and srt exhaust in storage, if you want them he will sell them for 155-175 installed just depending on what he has to fab to make it work. you will need to order a heat shield for the left side dual, might see if hawkeye can get that for ya, anyways just thought I would let you know

I went to university muffler on porter, did a really good job in my opinion

The heat shield on mine was already in place

I thought they should be also, Joe was saying he was told they would need to add it to the gas tank on the v6ers.... I dunno just thought I would throw it out there

But on the Magnum, like I said, the shield was already there when I went to duals and the gas tank is a non issue

OK so I went out in the parking lot and crawled up under my car and looked and there is not a heatsheild on the drivers side covering the gas tank like there is on the passengers side. The dealer wants an outrageous amount for the shield I need and so now I am stuck. Can someone near a junkyard check and see if they have any LX cars with the heat shield on the drivers side and how much it would cost.

Ok so after looking under my car I can definately see the need for the heat shield.:( There is not one on the drivers side. If yours came with a v6 I would make sure it is there just for safetys sake.:)

I've run this system for two years and I always check under the car when ever I have it up on a rack for the oil change

Is there an HP increase with a duel system?

I don't think so Joey, at least not a noticable one, mainly just for the sound and asthetics

university muffler is awesome they did my muffler work on my old 240sx and on my mag just tell them what you are looking to accomplish (sound, looks) and they know exactly how to make it perfect
