Okay so let me start off by saying that yes we did have alot of fun minus the long wait and cold weather.

Tonight me, my girlfriend, her bestfriend and new boyfriend went a haunted house tonight (The Cobb Factory off 79 for your guys around here) and while waitin in line, one of the characters was walking around on cement barriers yeilding what shouldve been a fake gun, SHOULDVE BEEN. the guy slipped between the barriers and pulled the trigger on the not so fake gun. this all happened about 3 feet away from us, there were two girls between us and them. Anyways, when he pulled the trigger the mussel blast produced enough force to blow a pretty good sized whole in the guys arm and he had to be hauled away by ambulance.

I am in no way trying to scare anyone or tell you to not enjoy all the festivities halloween has to offer and sure this only happens once in a blue moon just be careful when you guys go out! Happy Halloween everyone!

That could have been alot worse thank god it wasn't. Just shows how stupid some people can be. The real problem is that they are not the ones that usually get hurt by their stupidity :mad:

I know. i felt pretty bad for the guy, he was in a ton of pain, not to mention it took the ambulance about 20 minutes to show up and no cops arrived for about 15 minutes

Yeah the guy that shot him was one of the workers. The gun was supposed to be part of the cotume and he slipped and the gun fired and shot a guy in line. He wasn't arrested bc It was an accident but still the stupidity of having a loaded gun in a situation like this is just rediculous

I would have thought he would have gotten something for having a loaded weapon even though the shooting was an accident. So I wonder now just how many people are wounded or killed each year on accident:confused:

thats a good question. all i know is the incident cleared out about half of the line and definatly scared alot of people

People don't realize that a blank is a live round without the shot. You have the same concussive force not to mention anything that accidentally gets into the barrel, as well as the wad, can be shot out and do damage themselves. Simple, never point ANY kind of loaded gun, blanks or full metal jacket shells, at anyone unless intending to kill them.

OMG thats not a good thing!!!! My son was gonna go out there with some friends Im glad I told him NO! Wow .. there are some real ummm not so smart people these days that are in those haunted houses!
