Sounds very reasonably priced to me, if the body is good. Something makes me leery, though.

Makes ME wonder why they didn't post a picture? And tell what year it is? With all the hype about what it is supposed to have, pictures would have been in order, to show it. Nowdays. you just don't know.

I tried to DEAL with this guy, but he never responded back

http://fortsmith.craigslist.org/cto/2072250526.html

He said he was open to trades and I offered him 2 motorcycles that were worth some more than he wanted for the truck. That was the last I heard from him.

The listing is still there, just no picture and that was puzzling to me. Here is the listing though (the wording, at least)

Must have been relisted, but the original link doesn't work for me.

I had a truck that year that when I was in high school. 318 that needed to warm up for 10 minutes before you drove it, even in the summer lol. In the winter I would have to start that thing when I first woke up and then go take and shower and get dressed so it would be ready to go by the time I was, lol.

I'm sure this one runs at least a little bit better, lol.

Well, probably after it's warmed up, in the Winter. :D

When I fire up the old 440 in the GTX, I have to wait and let IT warm up as well. But, when it IS warmed up, it Runs quite well! ;)

Well my Biscayne has to warm up a few minutes before it smooths out, but only a few minutes and I can still hop in and drive it immediately if I want on all but the coldest days. That truck would have to idle for 15 minutes or longer sometimes, or else it would die as soon as you would hit the first stop sign, lol. The carb probably just needed some adjustment but I never messed with it.

LOL, yeah, IF the GTX were my main mode of transportation during the Winter moths, I'd be in serious trouble if I had to go ANYWHERE, in a hurry. THAT one takes a few minutes just to get the needle up off of the cold mark and "Cold Natured" is putting it Mildly. ;)
