First I want to thank Michelle & Travis for inviting me to their beautiful home as well as working so hard to paint my calipers. You are such great people and I am blessed to know you! Second, I didn't take many pics, but here is what I got:

Started at 200 for 11 minutes, then stuck them in a little longer, still no luck. Then raised the heat to 350 for awhile. (the casing actually started melting) but the glue wouldn't break loose. Finally gave up because I didnt want to do anymore harm to the casing.

I just looked at a few posts on another forum, it seems that no one is able to break the seal. however several have used a dremmel and just cut them open, installed the halos and then epoxied the lights back together then seal it sll with silicone. I think i will give that a try.

HonkEwitDaJeep

damn that is extreme using a dremel, but I guess it might be the only way. I think on the charger headlights it is 225 for 25 minutes of something like that

At least we were not the only ones that couldn't get it open! dremmel might be the way to go.
