This is really simple to do, the hardest part is what to use to cover the hole.

There are two simple options.
1) Chrysler 300 wing. This is the cheaper of the 2.
2) Chrysler 300 trunk spoiler. This is a little over 100$ painted and shipped.
There is also the expensive option. Fill the hole with a piece of metal, weld it in then body filler. Paint to finish and be completely smooth with no hole.

I got the 300 wing as it was about 20$ but I plan on upgrading later to the spoiler.

The 1st step is to flip up the flap on the wiper arm. It just pops up, at most you might have to use a screw driver and pry a little.

Now take the nut off and pull the arm loose. You might have to use some elbow grease to pull the arm off but mine came off easy. Remove the rubber gasket also.

Next open the door and take the panel off. It's real easy to do and will make loud pops like it's breaking. There are 2 screws at the handle, remove then then using a screw driver or prying tool work around the bottom edge till you can get your hands in. You will have to use some pretty strong pulls to pop the clips loose. Unplug the light and set the panel aside. You can now see the wiper motor in the door.

Unplug the motor and use a zip tie to hold the plug out of the way. There are 3 nuts that hold the wiper on. Remove the nuts and pull the motor out. There, now your done!

No? Oh, what do you do about the hole... was checking to see if you were on your toes. You will need something to weatherproof the hole. I used a patch piece from my pool, pretty much anything will work, even just useing plenty of silicone. I used silicone on the patch piece to glue it to the hatch. Then silicone around the edges and once I closed the hatch I used a little more silicone around the edge as well.

Sometimes your supervisor will check on your progress.. he told me that it looks good from his point of view..

Now as far as covering the hole, or rather hiding it, I used the 300 wing. You have to remove the Dodge ram head and now would be a good time to do a little buffing and polishing to get rid of the blemish from them being there. To get all the sticky off I use Sticker Shock, other use goo gone or any other glue remover.

The wing is pretty simple to install. It comes with double sticky and you line it up and put it on.

If your unlucky like me and your emblem doesn't make it to your house or you just want to be different. There are lots of options that you can do to cover that center. I used a piece of the fuzzy side of velcro to cover the center.

Then I got really creative and used the front emblem from the grill, it was setting around since the Danko install, and took my dremel to it. Perfect fit with a little cutting and smoothing.

Not at all. The rear end actually stays cleaner. I thought everyone was just saying that but it's true.
