Hey guys,

Finally got the Resonators off and the Muffler back on.

Sounds a heck of alot better now. No crackling or nothing.

The guy at the shop did just as you all said. He tried correcting me and said he did the right thing in the first place. Even showed me my muffler that it goes all the way through and it is a Suitcase Muffler/Resonator. And the 2 in the back are the Resonator/Mufflers...lol. I told him to just swap the crap and let me get down the road. Then of course, I knew this was gonna happen....new hangers, pipes for the tailpipes, etc. He ended up charging me another $37.00 for the parts. I am sure I wont be going there anymore, thats for sure.

He also said he has done many many Chargers and and Magnums and that is what he normally pulls the Suitcase Muffler off the car....lol, must be alot of pissed of mopar drivers out there.

This is literally 10 minutes from having them installed after testing it on the Highway first.

I kinda ran into the same deal when I went in to have my resonators cut off and they took the suitcase instead! It worked out, but some of those guys are stubborn.

Yeah, he didnt want to believe he did the wrong thing.

I will tell you. It sounds much much better than the way he first did it.

Youknow thats funny.. when I went to get the reso cut off my shop didnt know for sure which was which and I told them which one... luckily the manager of where I took it is and always will be a good friend of mine.. lol.... thats why he only charged me 20 to cut the reso off and now hes gonna be installing my srt exhaust for me in January.. hehe... Your car looks awesome hun! I so cant wait for mine...
