They are stepping up the cancer treatments, to try and shrink the tumor, on her stomach, enough to take care of it. Of course she's been getting sick to her stomach and been getting weak as well. She will have an ultra sound done shortly, to check the tumor for shrinkage. We were just starting to really get to know each other when the tumor decided NOT to cooperate by shrinking as it should have. This is her 3rd time with cancer and she's beaten it twice already and has pulled back from starting our relationship growth and pulling back some from friends as well, Until she can get this taken care of. I just Pray that it is God's Will, for her to beat this thing a third time (this is the 1st time with this type). SHE tells ME that, "I've beat it twice already and I'll do it again, so we can get on with our relationship." I say that you can't have TOO MUCH support, you know?;)

No you can never have 'too much' support. In fact there is never enough. My wife battled gallantly for 2 1/2 years. That was 2years more than they said. Your friend has beat it twice already and with all of us in her corner well whats to be said:) If you need to talk I'm here bro

Thanks for that Hawkeye, this gal is a Real Fighter too! AND, you just Can't Beat the backing of the Mopar Bunch! Yeah Hawkeye, I've got your phone number as well and, even though I haven't used it yet, I MAY. I really WANTED to BE THERE for Her and help in anyway I could, but she has asked me and friends to give her some space and I have to respect her wishes, even though I FEEL I can help her feel comforted during this. I still get to see her about twice a week and THAT is better than not at all.

Better go, Got a full day tomorrow, that starts at about 6AM and I'm losing sleep off and on, so I need to get some.

She's Really Something and I find it Incredible that SHE wants ME! I can't even describe how good it is to see her with that awesome smile, those sparkling Blue eyes, that LONG (to the waist) light brown hair AND to KNOW that HE Really wants ME! She's beat cancer twice and says that she's gonna do it again so WE can get on with things! I'm For That!;) Keeoing MY Spirits UP, helps ME to keep HERS up as well.:)

I really Do appreciate that. She REALLY is a trooper and has so much to live for. Really gonna do a job on ME as well, if She weren't to make it. I JUST HAVE TO be positive and plan for HER to Come through this, like she has Twice before. I've only had ONE other Lady to have as much interest in ME before and I was married to HER for almost 39yrs, when SHE passed away. I'm just so wrapped up in HER, it isn't even funny.;)

Thank you, I had a great marriage the first time around, she was the Love of my Life. I'd heard that "Til Death Do Us Part", so many times. It JUST didn't SINK in about the meaning! She'd been on several medications for some time, but they seemed to be doing their job. Little did we know. So, here I am, in a position I haven't been in for about 39yrs! I have been thinking though, about things that I COULD HAVE DONE that could have made things even better. I realize now that there were times I could have made more of an effort to let her know that I was really proud that she put up with me. Now, I seem to have a 2nd chance myself, to do a better job (like YOU have) and I just hope and Pray that WE get the chance for a Life together. I feel that WE will make a Fantastic Team! Berta is a very caring and sensitive Lady and I am just amazed that she wants to have a relationship with ME! She has flat knocked ME off of MY feet!;)

Thank you so much for that. She's REALLY something. I really didn't feel that I had a snowball's chance with her, because she is just so pretty, so really TOGETHER, I don't really how how to explain it except to say, that compared to HER, I feel like I am a Klutz! Like a Court Jester trying to get close to the "Prom Queen" or something. But She has very quickly made me feel so comfortable when I am with her. My Daughter Karla, a young man I work with through Bost and I were coming back through Fort Smith on our way to Greenwood, with some parts for my GTX, when I saw Berta's big Red Avalanche ease past us. My heart felt like it got a jumpstart and when she saw us, she waved and gave me a big grin. Whoa! my heart melts at the sight of that grin and those Blue eyes. She just gives off personality! If it hadn't of been for all of the traffic, our needing to get the youngman home and She obviously was headed somewhere, I'd have tried to see her then. But, there is tomorrow, at the Special Needs Golf. So, YOU k now what I'm talking about and Lord willing, WE will get the chance to have OUR TIME together, like you two have.;)
