Not sure if anyone here is involved in the Challenger Zoomers Exhaust tip fiasco but here is the latest update I received from Vibrant yesterday.

Hello Travis,

Our manufacturing department will have an update for me to review tomorrow afternoon.

At that time, I will be able to update Zoomers on Monday on the sample progress.

Please note that all of the tip tooling has been complete (see attached
pictures) and all that is left is us pressing out the tip so Frank can show and test. It is important to know that the initial development of the tooling means that we have the mold to form the tip; however, it usually takes 4-5 tries to get the part perfect. The first two molds usually tell us what adjustments need to be made to the tip tooling and this process is what enables us to come to a proper tip design.

I will continue to keep you updated as we come along to Monday.

Kind regards,

Deryck Griffith
